1. Overview

Moduba.com (“Moduba,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and provides this page to explain your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

These laws allow California residents to control how their personal information is shared. Even if you are not a California resident, Moduba offers the same options to all users for transparency and fairness.

2. Our Position on Selling or Sharing Data

Moduba does not sell your personal information in exchange for money.

However, certain data activities—such as affiliate tracking, analytics, or advertising—may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law.

Because of this, we provide a simple way for you to opt out of such data practices.

3. Categories of Information That May Be Shared

To operate our Services and measure performance, we may allow trusted partners to process limited information, including:

  • • Device and browser information (such as IP address or operating system)
  • • Cookie identifiers and tracking pixels
  • • Page views, link clicks, and referral data
  • • Purchase tracking information from affiliate programs

We do not collect or share sensitive data such as financial details, passwords, or precise location information.

4. Your Right to Opt Out

If you would like Moduba to stop selling or sharing your personal information for affiliate, analytics, or advertising purposes, you may opt out at any time.

When you opt out, we will:

  • • Disable or restrict cookies used for marketing and affiliate tracking where feasible;
  • • Stop sharing data with advertising or affiliate networks; and
  • • Retain only the data necessary for site functionality, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

You can exercise this right by:

  • • Completing the Do Not Sell My Data form on this page; or
  • • Emailing legal@moduba.com with the subject line: “Do Not Sell My Data Request.”

We will confirm receipt of your request and process it within the time required by law (generally 15–45 days).

5. Verification Process

To protect your privacy, we may request verification of your identity before completing your opt-out request.

This may include confirming your email address or other limited account information.

We will not require you to create an account or pay any fee to exercise your rights.

6. Authorized Agents

If you submit a request on behalf of someone else, you must provide written authorization or power of attorney.

We may contact either party to verify authorization and confirm the identity of the person whose data is being requested.

7. Limitations of the Opt-Out

Your opt-out applies only to the browser and device you use when submitting the request.

If you use multiple browsers or devices, please submit additional requests as needed.

Some cookie-based data collection may continue for essential site operations such as fraud detection or aggregated analytics.

8. Other Privacy Rights

In addition to opting out, you may also request to:

  • • Access, correct, or delete your personal data;
  • • Obtain information about how your data is used or shared;
  • • Withdraw consent for optional communications.

Please contact legal@moduba.com for any of these requests.

For full details about how we collect and handle information, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Non-Discrimination

Moduba will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

You will continue to receive equal access to our Services, content, and offers regardless of your data preferences.

10. Children’s Data

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

If you believe a child’s data has been collected or shared in violation of this policy, please contact legal@moduba.com and we will promptly remove it.

11. Updates to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices or applicable law.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent version. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated notice.

12. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to this notice or your privacy rights shall be resolved through binding confidential arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider.

Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.

If arbitration is not possible, the dispute may be resolved in any competent jurisdiction chosen by Moduba at its sole discretion.
