Moduba.com is operated by MDBA Inc., a U.S. company. We publish lifestyle articles, curated deals, and user-generated content primarily for Korean-speaking audiences in the United States.
You must be at least 18 years old—or have parental consent—to use the Services. By using Moduba, you represent and warrant that you can form a legally binding contract.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. We may modify, restrict, or terminate access to any part of the Services at any time without notice.

We strive to recommend only products or services we believe offer value, but we make no guarantees about accuracy or results.
Sponsored posts and advertisements are clearly identified. Opinions expressed in editorial content belong to the authors and do not constitute endorsements. Moduba is not responsible for third-party offers, product claims, or merchant performance.
All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Moduba or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent from Moduba.
We respect intellectual-property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.
If you believe your work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please email a complete DMCA notice to legal@moduba.com.
Your notice must include all information required under §512(c)(3).
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable the allegedly infringing material and notify the user responsible.

Our total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed US $100 or the amount you paid (if any) to access the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moduba, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason without prior notice. Sections 8 through 22 of these Terms survive termination.
We may revise or update these Terms at any time by posting the modified version on this page. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider.
The arbitration shall be confidential, and each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
If arbitration is not possible, disputes may be resolved in any competent jurisdiction as determined by Moduba at its sole discretion.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and other posted legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moduba regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
